Tuesday, the twenty fourth of January 2006, will resume the "trial" sessions of the Comrade Leader Saddam Hussein, the President of the Republic of Iraq and the General Commander of the Armed Forces and of a number of his comrades. These " trial" sessions are used, as every one knows pretty well, by the Occupation to go on with its failed project in Iraq in its Imperialist, Zionist, sectarian and racist dimensions and targets... which started already with the aggression, occupation, destruction, burning, and plundering of Iraq and Iraqi civilisation components and structures and whose chapters were translated into failed political episodes, and collapsing and petrified security plans, official Arab (buried already) initiatives, to salvage the Occupation and its failed project.
In every "trial" session the Resisting Baath defiant and able confrontation with the Occupation and its petrified and defeated stooges shines with thousands light and every single time Comrade Saddam Hussein asserts that he is the leader of the assembly of the believers. He is the guide of the loyal battalions. He is the banner of the new era. He is the symbol of the promising future. While the comrades, the Leaders were affirming the reality of the struggle cohesion, the Jihad communion, the holding on principles of the Baath values, its struggle qualities, and the Iraqis patriotism and their legitimate Resistance and the outstanding nobility of the Arabs and the originality of their civilization.
When the "trial" session will resume, a confirmed truth will be witnessed and that every honorable Iraqi, every true Arab and every freedom loving human knows the US Occupation in its war and occupation of Iraq on behalf of "Israel" and the petrified puppet authority represented by the racist sectarianism wish simply to strike a deal with the triumphant Iraqi Resistance and the Resisting Baath through some "negotiation interlude" which will allow to rethink the intermediate and the strategic targeting as designed by the Baath in the Armed Iraqi Resistance political and strategic Program, as confirmed, strengthened and consolidated in the confrontation fields with Occupation and its stooges, as a sort of rescue buoy for the Occupation, enabling it to declare withdrawal after achieving the Occupation and aggression political targets… when these objectives were limited to the "ongoing political process" and to transfer the security missions to the puppet authority hordes in Iraq.
Ye Resisting Iraqi people!
Ye resisting guns, the legitimate representative of the sovereignty, the unity, the Arab identity and the dignity of Iraq!
The US Occupation in Iraq, knows the Baath conditions for an immediate withdrawal, and it will have no other choice but to continue the battle confrontation according to the non negotiable Iraqi Resistance choice, and there will be no whatever legitimacy for any past or coming authority under the failed political agendas and episodes and according to the Occupation project. As for this present authority whatever titles and names it bears, and based on whatever sectarian foundations the Occupation succeeded into fabricating, will always be a legitimate target, which the Baath and the Armed Iraqi Resistance will wipe out in the process of liberating Iraq. This "puppet authority" has no role and no place for negotiation concerning the immediate withdrawal whose conditions were defined by the Iraq Leadership and designed namely Comrade Leader Saddam Hussein and authorized him to resume and to direct the mentioned negotiations.
The "trial" will not go according to the Occupation wishes and as a tool to exercise pressure on the Baath and the Resistance. Rather the Comrade Leader will be confronting defiantly the court illegitimacy and non competence, backed, assured and supported by the honorable, defense lawyers efforts; while this time, the US and its broken down forces, in Resisting Iraq, will have no other choice but that of the battle confrontation or the negotiation according to the Iraq leadership conditions for the immediate withdrawal of every occupation force.
The Occupation is collapsing, the puppet authority is being eradicated, and the court is gangrened thanks to the Resistance, the Baath and the Leader.
