Sincere greetings
Excellency:
The Arab Baath Socialist Party has the pleasure to address through you and through your leaders colleagues and their representatives, our brother people of Sudan and to the Arab masses all along our homeland, a militant greeting and appreciation for the national and noble stand they took towards Iraq before, during and after the bloodthirsty US-British occupation in March 2003.
Excellency:
We don't wish this letter to be a judgment of the official Arab system and its Arab league concerning their shortcomings in the required stand concerning the invasion of our militant Iraqi country, the non activation of the Arab league multilateral treaty and the multilateral Defense accord to back Iraq in every ways including military means to stop the aggression undertaken by Bush-Blair in a unilateral decision and without any authorization from the Security council in 2003 based on lies and exposed pretexts (such as the existence of weapons of mass destruction and links with terrorism) but rather it opened the possibilities to the Arab League government-members and contrary to the previous Arab summits resolutions, to provide every single logistic facilities, in the air, on the soil and in the waters to the invading forces to use their territories to occupy Iraq, to change its national and legitimate regime and to destroy the Iraqi state infrastructures, to burn its archives, to loot its most ancient antiquities and to destabilize its national unity.
We expect from the Khartoum meeting to seriously get involved into saving the unity of Iraq as a people, and as a homeland from the danger of sectarian and ethnic dismembering in order to get back its freedom, its sovereignty, and its independence and putting an end to the bloodthirsty occupation which has been always and still is the cause of all the ordeals endured by Iraq for the last three years due to the ongoing non existent security, mass detention, tortures, and rape against those freedom loving Iraqis who oppose the Occupation through pacific or national armed Resistance means.
Our enduring persevering and resisting people is moaning under the Occupation burden and from its practices and those of its puppet authority which has consecrated the sectarian and the racist allotment, has smoothed the way to a sectarian loggerhead which can be of a devastating consequences, while the citizens suffer from the least basic services and from a terrifying unemployment, rampant criminality, corruption and drugs.

Our Brother President:
The Arab leaders gathered in the capital City of the Two Niles, have an extraordinary historical responsibility towards the present, and the future of Iraq which is facing a dual occupation from the aggressive alliance led by Washington and from a dangerous Iranian interference which has exploited the dissolution of the Iraqi heroic Army to invade directly our homeland through Khomeynist guards and the Itilaat intelligence services and the through the sectarian militias materially, militarily and politically linked to the Iranian services as are the parties in the authority whose most leaders are non Iraqis.. Moreover the Zionist Mossad and the "Israeli" businessmen and companies are on rampage in Iraq and train in Iraq Kurdistan the Peshmerga militias sowing the seeds of ill feeling and separatism and do whatever possible to loot its riches...Furthermore, Iraq has become after three years of US-British occupation an open violated land to foreigners where its oil riches are publicly looted by the aggression countries corporations as war booty.
The Occupier and its stooges tried hard to wipe out the Arab identity of Iraq and to distort its tolerant Islamic doctrine and set to reestablish the teaching and the educational programs to fit the US, western orientations and the values and those of evil Iran under the pretext of establishing a democratic regime through assault tanks, war jets, and through the cannon shells using every internationally prohibited weapons such as depleted uranium white phosphorous, napalm and fragmentation bombs etc. in an organized genocidal mass murder and ethnic cleansing.. Abu Ghraib atrocities, and Jaderya tortures prisons and others are still fresh in our mind where the Iraqi human dignity is raped and their basic rights are squashed by the sadistic occupiers hatred and loathing against an ancient people who refused the (liberty) US style and which inflicted the invaders the greatest human and material losses.
The Invaders have laid down a constitution for division and separatism through the so called Federalism to weaken the center of Government in Baghdad which has always been at the service of the Arab nation and its very existence causes, while the only profiteers are Tel Aviv and Tehran, for the Occupation will be fatally crushed by the blows of the heroic national armed resistance which bled the capabilities of the Occupation and its puppet government drowning it into the quagmire of a historical rout.
Brothers, Arab kings, presidents and princes:
First of all, you are required to suspend the membership of Iraq in the Arab League according to the first article of its treaty for it is now under occupation and has no sovereignty or dependence. The present government doesn't represent it because it is an occupation production and is illegitimate... and recognize the National Resistance as the sole representative of the combatant Iraqi people, and not the stooges who were carried by the invasion tanks. Second, setting a resolution recognizing the legitimacy of the representation of the national Resistance of the people of Iraq, requires also a full support with the full political, military, materially and Media means, the same support enjoyed by the heroic Palestinian Resistance against the racist Zionist occupation, and allow the Resistance to open up offices and bureaus in every Arab capital-city.
We are stunned by the Arab League Secretary General decision to open a League office in Baghdad. This is a very dangerous precedent never known before. There are no such offices of the League in Arab capital-cities... but only in non Arab countries... Why he tries to add more legitimacy claims on a no-independent government protected by the bayonets of more than 150 thousands foreign troops in Iraq?
We ask you Excellencies to exercise every possible pressure on the government of Iran to stop its hideous and daylight interference in our internal affairs and under all the uncovered tools. It is Iran which participates actively into raging a sectarian civil strife as it physically liquidates the Army commanders and pilots who routed it in 8/8/1988. You are also well aware of the assassination of brains, scientific experts, university professors, Media people and technicians of Iraq by Iran militias and the Zionist Mossad which pushed the Iraqi scientific community into exile... and giving at the same time Iraqi citizenship to thousands of Iranian and foreigners. It is noteworthy to observe that the forces controlling occupied Iraq were able to contain the initiative of the Arab League Secretary General and to empty it from its aims to achieve (national understanding). Rather, immediately after Cairo preparatory Conference, the sectarians and the separatists went on with their separatist Safavid agenda and there is no light at the end of the dark tunnel.
The Baath Arab Socialist Party and all the free forces which reject the Occupation, its productions and its results, require from you a serious stand to rescue Iraq from the danger to our country dismembered and torn apart to sectarian and ethnic warring entities and to use whatever means to liberate Iraq and help get back its unity, independence, safeguard its Arab identity and stop any foreign interference with its internal affairs. for the well being of our glorious Arab Nation and to answer the grave challenges which it is facing everywhere .
The History will be merciless...
