A statement to our dignified people' sons and daughters
on the occasion of the 38th anniversary of the 11th March declaration
Our Mujahid people' sons and daughters!
We celebrate today the thirty eighth anniversary of the 11th March 1970 declaration, while our dignified people resists fiercely the Occupiers - invaders who used puppets from every where as a servile and obedient tool to divide Iraq and to confiscate the pure and genuine achievements of the Baath generous Revolution and in particular the achievement of the peaceful democratic solution for the Kurdish question which recognized the national rights and the autonomous authorities for our Kurdish people for the first time in our modern history and the history of the neighboring countries where there are more Kurds than in Iraq, and where they are not allowed to even speak in their language! This expressed the real true human ideology of the national, patriotic and Socialist Baath which rejects any racial discrimination.. surprising even the (Kurdustani democratic Party) which was asking only some plain demands such as (the amnesty for the deserters) and few administration and cultural facilities for named northern Iraq districts.
Considering, the Kurdistani Democratic puppet Party' suspicious links with the foreign plans and mainly the Zionist entity plan to dividing Iraq, this leadership tried from the first very day to put spokes into the march wheel of the eleventh of March historic declaration, profiteering from the mistakes, the complexities and the difficulties to put the plan into practice.
Despite the refusal of the Kurdish leadership to cooperate with the Revolution and the Party leadership to cooperate, the Autonomous declaration march never stopped and historical achievements saw the light such as the Autonomous region legislative and executive Councils, and the start of gigantic economical projects, in every industrial, tourist, and large scale services projects, which were met by the two puppet Kurdish leadership (the Kurdustani democratic and Kurdustani National Union Parties) with sabotage and rebellion.
Their traitorous attitude reached its climax when they ranked publicly with the Iranian aggression stabbing our heroic army in the back all along the eight years to confront that Iranian unfair aggression. When the clear cut victory was achieved in 1988, the Baath Revolution leadership begun to develop the Autonomous Region, but both puppet Parties profited in a hideous manner the Thirty Countries' bloodthirsty aggression in 1991 against Iraq to rebel again and to get out from the united patriotic Iraqi ranks.

Despite all that the Revolution leadership has granted the mentioned two parties' leadership a new golden opportunity and opened serious discussions with them in the Autonomous Region and in Baghdad, reaching the agreement to develop the Autonomous formula and looking into the past mistakes..The two puppet parties, therefore, more than keen to obey their US' masters' plans, violated the new expected agreement and run under the US' aggressors' umbrella and the so called the "no fly zones and the safe haven" sowing chaos and corruption in the Iraq beloved north, murdering our heroic army officers and governments and Party leaders. To avoid more blood shedding and confrontation, the Party and the Revolution Leadership decided to withdraw the State civil servants and the Army officers from the Autonomous Region. The Stooges took advantage of that wise decision to go ahead with their separatist path and entrenched themselves with the US' which used them as a heinous and perfidious spear head into aggressing and invading Iraq in the ninth of April 2003.
From that time and until this day, the two puppet Parties (the Kurdustani democratic and Kurdustani National Union Parties), never stopped violating northern Iraq's land and resources, helping the occupiers to stay and feverishly execute the US, Zionists and Iranian plans to tear down and divide Iraq and continued to steal its petrol and utterly persecute our Kurdish people.
Our historical experience and specially, since 1990 shows, that the Kurdish leadership, in fact never wanted any Autonomy, despite this being its apparent objective, rather it wanted to divide Iraq and turn it into dwarf and useless entities.. This was confirmed by the Occupation where both mentioned parties played a very grave role into attempting to divide Iraq publicly and officially. Indeed! These two puppet parties have participated into ethnical cleansing against the Arabs, the Turkomens and the other minorities to change the Autonomous region into a fundamental base to divide Iraq.
The death squads belonging to the Peshmergah were ones of the most bloodthirsty squads which wiped out tens of thousands of Iraqis forcing them either to abandon their homes or to leave Iraq! Despite this bitter truth, our Party refuses calls made after the Invasion, and which exploited the two Kurdish Parties treason, to cancel the Autonomous declaration once Iraq is liberated.. Indeed! These calls are in principles and strategically wrong and serve only Zionism, US and Iran.
It is for this reason we must re assert that the only way to cut the grass under the puppets' and the separatists' feet is to hold on with resolve to the Autonomous declaration and to develop it.
Our hero people sons and daughters, be Arabs, Kurds, Turkomens and other minorities!
Lets' make out of the thirty eighth anniversary of the eleventh of March declaration an incitement to strengthen and heighten the struggle in all its forms towards the liberation of all Iraq from the hated Occupation claws and achieve its integral independence.. Thus Iraq will be again a human model in the national liberation, the pan Arab renaissance and Civilization and progress for all humanity.
Long live the Autonomous region engineer, the Great Baath under the leadership of the modern time Martyrs' master' Saddam Hussein!
Long live the Armed Iraqi Resistance, the vanguard of the Liberation forces!
