We celebrate today the Iran surrender and defeat anniversary in the face of the great Iraq.. in a war imposed by the Khomeynist clique lasting no less than eight whole years, to depose the patriotic regime in Iraq and rejecting every international or regional mediation to prevent the war while Iraq did whatever he could to avoid it.
The 8th August 1988 will for ever be a witness on the greatness of Iraq, its people and its patriotic leadership and a proof that Iran is a neighbor whose soil is infested with poisonous vipers heinous of the Arab Nation since the rout of the Persian empire on the hands of the Muslim Iraqi conquerors in the first battle of al Qadissya.
Khomeyni, may the Lord curse him and burn him in the Gahanna fire for ever and ever, was forced to officially admit defeat in this very historic day, accepting a cease fire, while refusing anything like that for eight years saying : I am accepting the cease fire as if I was drinking a killer poisonous cup!"
From that very day, Khomeynism practically collapsed, and were exposed all its conspiracies and perfidies, and its identity as a racist anti Arab Nation and anti authentic Islam and as a twin of the Zionist movement. This Zionist twin which hurried to provide Khomeiny with weapons during his war against Iraq.. Now it was no surprise to see its main slogan before the squashing defeat confronting Iraq which was (exporting the Islamic revolution) changing in the Khameynei's time to exporting Safawide Shi'ism for every one knows that Shi'ism is a pretext to establish a Persian nationalistic empire.
Today our great Iraqi people and our glorious Arab nation, while enduring the most critical period as far as their existence is concerned, due to the US, Iranian, Zionist cross interests which opened the doors to invade the Arab homeland and fuel sectarian ill feelings, reminds with deep awareness the lessons to be drawn from the Glorious Saddam Hussein's Qadissya and most and above all that the clique governing Iran, be the Shah or the mollahs are nothing but a perfidious and heinous enemy of the Arab Nation, and based on this very axiom, is the US and the Zionist entity's natural ally whatever the differences between them as proofed by the whole experience of the invasion of Iraq.

The experiences of the last three decades has ascertained another extremely important lesson that targeting Iraq by Khomeiny's Iran was nothing but a first step to control the Arab Gulf and the Arabian peninsula from where Iran can launch its nationalistic Persian empire hiding behind the mask of Islam. Thus and in order to succeed in this decisive move, Iran pursued a smart tactic based on befriending faraway Arabs and aggressing its Arab neighbors as militant Tariq Aziz said once. That is why simulating supporting the Palestinian cause and offering material help to some Palestinian organization was absolutely necessary to seal the success of the trickery plan to isolate its Arab neighbors and specially Iraq, from the faraway Arabs after luring them. Alas! We see some Arab governments and some of the Arabs and Palestinian organizations getting lured by the Iranians and were perplex in between Iraq which was a victim of large Iranian military and terrorism and Iran which was insulting the US and the Zionist Entity.
The invasion of Iraq has basically shed the light on this very subject and proved that Iran is a colonialist country, an enemy of the Arabs and is no different from the Zionist Entity and the US for what is going on in Iraq right now such as attempting to change its Arab identity and destroying its state and its society and mass murdering at least one million Iraqis and displacing 6 million others with the Iranian direct participation with the US, have taken all the masks, Iran tried using to lure the Arabs and to deceive them.

The three official meetings held in Baghdad between the US and Iran and for the first time since 1989 concentrated on the situation in Iraq and which led to US -Iranian mutual security agreements to strengthen and back the Occupation and to combat the heroic Iraqi Resistance confirm everything Iraq wanted to focus on before the war with Iran that Iran has old colonialist ambitions in the Arab Homeland, calling all the Arab Educated masses to confront the Iranian danger as a fundamental component of the general mutual US -Zionist - Iranian danger and that absolving Iran is an utter madness and a supreme patriotic treason.

Our Party, the Arab Baath socialist Party, always faithful to the Arab interests and the strong defender of the Arab national identity, renews the promise to go on with the armed and peaceful struggle against the Arab nation enemies and calls on the Arab masses and their educated vanguard to stand united in this decisive combat through establishing the national Arab Front on the Arab homeland level and national Fronts on the level of every Arab country in order to mobilize all the Arab, Islamic and national forces against Zionism and colonialism be Iranian or US. This necessary unifying effort must be used to service and to back the Patriotic Armed Resistance in Iraq for its enduring the decisive combat with all the colonialists forces.. and through its victory it is going to fundamentally change the strategic statuo quos from Sudan, Arab Maghreb to the Arab Levant, in favor of the Arab national struggle.
