You are fully aware that the loathed US occupation of Iraq in 2003 and which is still ongoing with all its sufferings, wounds, horrors and the mass killing of our people were old bloodthirsty plans designed by the aggression and the invasion forces incarnated by the US imperialism, the International Zionism and the reactionary circles, which wanted feverishly to kill the renaissance spirit and defiance whose light was shining in Iraq to guide the Arab masses to the glory, and defiance summits and to combat Imperialism and Zionism, in order to serve the human causes and the hopes of all the persecuted people around the world.
The patriotic and the national program which was rooted in Iraq under the Baath principles and the 17th-30th of July 1968, have set a deep blow against the Imperialist and Zionist interests, and the pagan Persian designs for it anchored the pillars of a strong national unity finding a solution to all the national problems exploited by our enemies. It has also set the most marvelous example for national brotherhood giving the minorities their right in the famous 11th March Statement and self government in northern Iraq, while these minorities suffered bitter discriminations in known neighboring countries. Moreover Iraq was capable to achieve a global, social and economical development made possible, thanks to the eternal oil nationalization resolution in 1972, which helped make quality progress into our society, and build a new Iraqi man which led to strengthening the social fabric based on patriotism and fraternity in amongst the people components. This has been true for the adage our people believe in is "Our homeland Iraq is for everybody and its security is the responsibility of every one", away from sectarian and ethnic titles and strife. This is what contributed to our victory in the path of renaissance and construction.. While Iraq was making progress under the shade of the Revolution, it boosted its pan Arab and human role through well-known stands on the national and international arenas. This is exactly what annoyed our enemies who invaded and occupied our homeland, when all their previous attempts failed through plotting inside Iraq, and fomenting wars by proxy. Today they try their best to stop Iraq from playing its national role through destroying its national unity internally and control its huge richness, specially the oil.

The Baath through all its combat phases, and with a strong spirit, filled with faith and backed by our great people, and our glorious Arab nation, stood always against all defeatist plans to make our Nation and our people kneel under clear repetition of the old colonialist ways designing a modern times Sykes - Picot under new names, starting with the rapid intervention forces (US special forces) in 1973 to occupy the petrol in our Arab Golf region, including Iraq - after the US declared that the oil of the region is considered a part of its national security strategy- and through reinventing the (fertile Crescent) and advertise that Egypt is Pharonic.. etc...Then came the well known Zionist project set in the eighties of the last century calling to divide Iraq to three mini states (A Shia in the south, a Sunni in the center and a Kurd in the North) at the same time when Iran started its aggression against Iraq in 1980. After this one, was uttered by Shimun Perez, the Zionist entity foreign minister, in 1993 calling the new Middle East. After occupying Iraq the US extended this idea calling it the (Great Middle East). All these plans are US Zionist and Iranian attempts, which target Iraq first and before all for its nation faithful security base, and through Iraq all the Arab countries are targeted.
What is really makes us proud and honored to be Baathists, is this party had in the past analyzed all these bloodthirsty plans and confronted them strongly. This is what makes our enemies intensify their aggression cumulated by occupying Iraq without any reason, but to put in practice , the jungle law. From the first days of this loathed occupation, the occupiers started feverishly to execute their plans, mainly, through dividing Iraq, a plan adopted publicly by the political parties and organizations politically linked to the occupation, and intellectually, to the Iranian regime which is the enemy of our Arabism and the Iraqi unity, through advertising sectarianism, racism and ethnic ill feelings and establishing political allotment in order to set federations in Iraq. These same currents are the ones which designed the so called constitution in the light of the US Iranian Zionist program which want in its introduction to consecrate the division of Iraq, and to annihilate its national identity, and to cut all its historical links with its Arab nation.

What is interesting to note that some political parties in Iraq, which were just the other day rejecting the so called federations, today are adopting and propose them as a (Sunni federation project) preparing and organizing polls in this sense...This conduct is rejected, by history and by our masses, these forces confirm the division state of affairs and give the occupiers the legitimacy to go ahead with their bloodthirsty plans towards Iraq, and its people, its national unity and give new life for the US Zionist project mentioned above which wants to divide Iraq into three mini states. These powers also commit a terrible sin as far as the masses are concerned sowing confusion in front of them, and luring many of our people to accept these poisonous ideas and propositions.

The Occupiers and their servile stooges daily practices based on mass killings, wide spread tortures, kidnapping and aggression against our sacrosanct values, raping our honor, are a well known and witnessed daily realities in Iraq. These are directed against you for a simple and clear reason for you truly love your homeland , and you truly reject the occupation and its servile tails.
This state of affairs has led to the killing over one owns' identity forcing people to change their names and their surnames to avoid death whose numbers are growing in a hallucinating way. Today every human being in Iraq, who lived in security and peace for more than thirty years under the shade of his generous revolution can't really secure his life and his family's, and anywhere, including his own home! The Occupation did its best to foment fears and sow loggerheads in amongst our people. Thus the killing over the identity, became the wide spread reality which is a strange very strange reality to our social nature during centuries.. In order to get some legitimacy, the Occupiers pushed political circles in a way or in another to adopt the so called federations in a wishful thinking that they can weaken the National Iraqi Resistance while mixing cards and sowing confusion. But our heroic Resistance will remain as the unshakable mountain, which will roast them with its burning fire and raging flames because the Resistance is the People conscience and the voice of the truth.
While we warn all the parties linked to the Occupier's politics and call upon those parties, which rejected the occupation in their slogans, to reconsider their position and to get away from the occupiers' plans under whatever titles or parties calling themselves Iraqis, and our great people has absolutely nothing to do with them, but the financial and political posts are their only baits. Every body should be aware that these projects, plans and (federations) target Iraq unity and are designed to tear it away, weaken it, and impose the fait accompli. Any political force which adopt these plans whatever their title names and its individuals background, will put themselves in a non patriotic conduct and in the enemy trench and will be a legitimate target for our people and its heroic Resistance.
We would like to seize this opportunity, to assert that our people is our ever nourishing resource, and we call our proud sons and daughters who are resolute, and are our proud banner in the resistance and defiance, and into combating our enemies, to gather ranks and to despise ethnical and sectarian titles and to refer to the limpid and pure fountain represented by a one and unified proud and great Iraq, whose people never accepted injustice, tyranny or slavery and that there is no other solution but to resist with every courage the enemies-occupiers' plans, and their servile tails, specially the Safawides who are publicly asking to link Iraq to the Iranian regime.. We do also warn about the dangers to sow ill feelings in amongst Iraqis and to betray our people through manipulating and luring some elite to run into sectarianism against some ephemeral material gains. It is also necessary to leave behind any marginal problems for all efforts should be treasured for the global liberation of Iraq which looming soon, God willing, and whose daily signs are written by our national heroic resistance which only believes in sacrifice and is ready to confront death and martyrdom. And that the Victory is the believers Mujahideens' ally..
