Insisting on implementing the Occupier agenda confirms the occupier rout in front of the Armed Iraqi resistance
The Iraqi and the regional fast moving developments and events, which reflect the Occupation entry to its collapse phase, and the fast growing exhaustion of its puppet authority, as already examined and analyzed by the Baath in many statements, require from us to address firstly the Great Iraqi People and its heroic Resistance Forces and, the sons and daughters of the Arab Nation afterwards. Explaining to every one our correct expectations, the seriousness of our previsions, the necessity to be careful and the legitimacy of the Armed targeting in the ongoing and growing Combat and confrontation which represents the only reality and fact on the terrain in Iraq.
The Resisting Baath exposes to every one in Iraq and in the Arab Homeland the accuracy of its militant position according to its correct political and strategic vision as designed two years ago in the Armed Resistance Program. It is the Resister Baath and no one else which successfully designed the Confrontation plan and its intermediary targets, translating it as a resister, patriotic, national, confrontational and growing action. The Resisting Baath determined the Resistance priorities as an armed ongoing Combat against any political means. Moreover the Baath rendered every political method be it " initiatives or reactions" as hollowed echoes and failed agendas in the face of the Armed on going and legitimate Resistance until the liberation of all Iraq. The Resister Baath based on its national and pan Arab legitimate asset:
Addresses the dignified People of Iraq and its Armed National Resistance and the Arab Nation masses first and warns and secondly threatens the occupation, its foreign intruders stooges and the separatists who soon will be dumped by their masters.
Third the Baath doesn't consider and drops from his Resistance action; all the Arab regimes integrated with the occupation plans. The Baath will abandon them to live their crises even after the occupation defeat and the liberation of Iraq. Yes indeed the Baath and the Armed Iraqi resistance have already planned, prepared and set up to continue the Armed Resistance in its various means and ways, in a crises struck region, neglecting and overstepping, to continue the battle on the soil of Iraq, the roles and the crises struck Arab or non Arab regional regimes.

The occupation and the US president obstinate insistence on useless political agendas of their failed occupation program, which reflected in the past their military and political crisis in Iraq and reflects now the phase of their total collapse, bear two main deeply linked certitudes:
The first one is the prevailing of the Armed resistance on the battle field, whose quality surprised the enemy; while its Baathist planning, its continuous combat, its political vision, its patriotic and national commitment, and its strategic targeting were the main factors which forced the occupation to quickly put into practice their political incompatible agendas with its failed and staggering supposed occupation plans for Iraq, as the occupier is running ahead of its defeat.
Secondly the wearing away and the gradual erosion of the "political process" as a result of the prevailing Resistance from one hand and, due on the other to delegating and reflecting the Occupation impasse on its puppets and debased authority whose role is being fast exhausted.
When the Baath and the Armed Resistance planned to eradicate, as an intermediary target, the puppet authority, its institutions, its structures and its individuals, the plan was an acute vision of the political and strategic Armed resistance. The means and methods created by the occupation soon after the invasion of Iraq and before the enemy painfully realized the terrible and harrowing truth of the Resistance and its continuation as planned and set to continue by the Resisting Baath, were, still are, and will stay necessary required components for the two following reasons:
First: the fast collapse of the occupation's "Weapons of Mass destruction" pretexts, it relied upon and thought they might prolong its stay as a direct occupier to deal with these weapons, and the non-existent programs and systems of arms.
Second: the necessity to change the pretexts and to invent what justifies its stay on the soil of Iraq helped by a shameful UN authorization; for the failed "political process" and its following various agendas were a cover up to continue the occupation.
The unexpected armed Resistance has harmed the occupation plans in Iraq and affected its political administration badly in Washington on how to live with the mentioned two requirements; for they turned to be an added burden, and when the pretexts of the occupation and the aggression failed and collapsed, the occupation came running to hold on to the failing occupation political agendas based originally on the hypothesis of a "non Resistance" program.
The Baath has been quicker than the occupation to design a resistance program and this was long before the occupation laid down laws for political agendas, which have failed and will be failing one after the other.
The Occupation which has already lost the battle with the Baath and the Armed Iraqi resistance, puts "the puppet authority", its structures and its traitorous, sectarian, ethnical, separatist, and opportunistic political components in a lost and destructive confrontation with the Baath and the Resistance. They will fight for the occupier and they will fail. This failure will again affect the occupation badly, pushing it to its collapse phase. This will require him to stubbornly, quickly and forcefully impose the various failed political agendas. Here the occupation once again will blame his fundamental failures on the puppet authority, putting an end to its role. The Baath was right when it puts the eradication of the authority as a number one priority before the occupation rout, its utter defeat and its humiliating withdrawal from Iraq.
Great People of Iraq!
When the Occupation and its puppet authority face a lost confrontational situation with the Baath and the Armed Iraqi resistance, the foreign and separatist forces can for, a time, suggest programs which can exercise a pressure on the occupation and on each other as a maneuver to inflate a traitorous political achievements detrimental to the Homeland, towards its unity and its sovereignty, and thus escaping or fleeing the confrontation with the Baath and the Resistance in a desperate attempt to retreat and confine itself on sectarian and ethnical base and use the failed political and constitution agendas to serve its objectives. Secondly they force the occupation to deal with them as non-patriotic elements, forcing the occupier to continue its direct military confrontation with the Baath and the Resistance in case it wants to deal with the stooges and traitors as "Iraqis".
The foreign intruders, the ethnically oriented and separatists know that the occupation battle is a losing battle and the Baath and the Resistance Battle is a winning one, and they have no role to play, unless to continue confronting openly the Baath and the Resistance. Their confrontation however, will be much shorter with the Baath and the resistance; for their battle is a secondary element in the confrontation between the Baath, the Resistance and the Occupation; and when the main lost Battle is being lost every day by the occupation, the secondary confrontation will fatally be lost even faster by the stooges, the foreign intruders, and separatist traitors.
The Baath, the Resistance and the People of dignified Iraq will bury the sectarian and separatists federations.
They will defeat and they will make all the "political and constitutional" agendas and plans fail.
They will eradicate the puppet authority, its traitor foreign intruders and separatists.
They will defeat the Occupation and they will liberate Iraq and keep it unified and a homeland for all Iraqis!
