To the rampaging unwise President Bush
The makers of the Victory Strategy are the Baath and its leader President Saddam Hussein!
It is a must to react here and to answer the President of the US the unwise rampaging George Bush following the latest speech he named 'the victory strategy in Iraq' and we say: "The Baath as always, preceded you in twenty four hours, when its Political Information and Publication Bureau issued a statement titled: The Victory incoming good news, and the fateful defeat: The Baath and the Resistance have longer arms, this statement has already "preempted" the contents of your miserable and unwise speech in front of your defeated armed forces, those sleepers who snored their throat off and who yawned their head off listening to you, for the mentioned statement made a comparison in between two opposite camps, the camp of the occupation, its allies, be Zionists, Arabs by language only, and Iraqi debased and traitor stooges from one hand and the camp of the Resistance and Jihad backed by the people of Iraq, the masses of the Arab nation and the free loving human beings all over the world from the other.
Bush! You are losing the war, and you are losing your Occupation project in Iraq. You are losing too, your vain claims concerning freedom, human rights, democracy, reconstruction and well being, as you are losing also and at the same time your regional and global project, and all this thanks to the Baath militant and prevailing foresight. It is a historical and an open-ended and not yet a decisive confrontation with the US imperialism. The decisive components of this confrontation, are owned, developed and exploited by the Baath while they are lost, jeopardized, and wasted by you, by what you represent and by whom you represent in this historical confrontation.
1 - No victory strategy can be possible in Resisting Iraq on the basis of an illegal aggression and occupation and after the uncovering and the collapse of the debased pretexts; and there is no possible viability for this strategy in confronting a legitimate national Resistance like the one conceived, planned and launched by the Baath in Resisting Iraq.
2- No victory strategy can be possible in Resisting Iraq based on ephemeral, and immediate self interest alliances, neither on mobilizing the regional contradictions such as the religious reactionaries and Arab regime puppets, racists and sectarians, on the narrow and common basis to confronting the Baath and its Renaissance national and pan Arab project in Iraq.
3- No victory strategy can be possible in Resisting Iraq on the basis of the collapsing occupation fast failing political agendas and its internal means due to strategic inadequacies and operational shortcomings on the military, security, economical, and ethical levels, etc.
4- No victory strategy can be possible in Resisting Iraq on the basis of presenting the religious Marja'ya in Najaf as an un-patriotic reference to give cover and excuse to the Occupation allies puppets, and debased traitors, be the sectarian, racist and separatists elements. This Marja’ya has politically, ethically and legally uncovered itself and its role will end morally with the end of its function as the occupation supporter.
5- No victory strategy can be possible in Resisting Iraq on the basis of creating and activating the sectarian rivalries to confront the Occupation already allied Iranian racist sectarian components to form on the surface only, an imaginary political process in occupied Iraq.
6- No victory strategy can be possible in Resisting Iraq on the basis of new Islamic politics living side by side with the Resistance and Jihad, and politicized on the basis of "moderation and tolerance" which can theoretically discuss the question of division and separatism.
7- No victory strategy can be possible in Resisting Iraq on the basis of activating the patriotically rejected tribalism which is drawn into the game of sharing the spoils, reviving the ill-famed British colonialist old design.
8- No victory strategy can be possible in Resisting Iraq on the failed basis of establishing and developing the puppet authority, security and army hordes in and outside Iraq, which are by the way shrinking rather than swelling, thanks to the Resistance blows, and due to the collapsing morale of these hordes and their daily flight from their petrified formations.
9- No victory strategy can be possible in Resisting Iraq through integrating Arab regimes with the US occupational project in Iraq, and through asking the help of the Arab League later on, neither through asking Iran's help in the aftermath, in a deal behind Iraq and its People's back concerning Iran -US dossier which is dormant for the time being either on the political or on the nuclear level; and no victory strategy can be possible in Resisting Iraq when the whole world discovers day after day the politics, ethics and strategy of the US renewable imperialist dogma, and which is being defeated every single day on the soil of Resisting Iraq since the Baath started the new phase of the confrontation in the last indecisive Battle, where the Baath, the army, the national and security forces, and the heroic Mujahidins, undergo according to the non-negotiable Armed Resistance choice, the war of the liberation of all Iraq.
The unwise rampaging President must establish a strategy of an immediate and unconditional withdrawal from Iraq, according to the conditions imposed by the Baath in the Iraq Baath Leadership statement published the last November 18th, and only then Bush can tell something to his people and the world and achieve something successful, as he should never again repeat his Victory laughable declaration as he was miserably lured to do so on May the 1st, 2003.
