The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) bears full responsibility of what the comrade leader, the detainees and all Iraqi prisoners have endured and what are enduring in the Occupation jails.
The International Committee of the Red Cross, its delegations and its branches working in occupied Iraq, and its regional offices in the area, have played a filthy role, the ICRC integrated and allied itself with the oppressive and inhuman practices of the US Occupation forces in Iraq.
Thus the ICRC bears the full moral, ethical and human responsibility in the first place for what Comrade leader Saddam Hussein, the legitimate President of the Republic of Iraq, the General Commander of its Armed forces and his comrades, the leadership members, the highest in command and the Military Commanders and officers, the Prisoners of War (POW), have endured and are enduring.,. In the past year we did issue more than a statement concerning this Committee partisan role... and we warned how it sullied itself and its reputation for the stands it took. The ICRC should have, as we advised on time, to officially declare that it is in a position where the Occupation prevents it from properly fulfill its obligations and its mission in occupied Iraq and in particular concerning its fundamental job, i.e. the situation of the detainees and the prisoners held by the US and UK occupation.
From what the Comrade leader Saddam Hussein and his comrades, the detainees have shown in the court sessions, it is more than evident for us to confirm again that the ICRC has continued its partisan and allied role with the occupation forces in their oppressive and inhuman treatment of the Iraqi detainees and prisoners whoever they are and whatever they were; although the ICRC tried through some contacts here and there to deny these realities which confirm its partisan stand and allied position with the Occupation forces… the ICRC seemed like playing maneuvers… in order to dodge an official stand confirming its effective inability to undertake it obligations and duties in occupied Iraq due to its partisanship, alliance, adherence, flattery or submission to the Occupation forces and the US-UK policies.
The ICRC should, and this is what we expect from such an organization, and we are not the only ones, but this concerns all those who feel betrayed or wronged by its partisan stand and its allied position with the Occupation forces in Iraq, immediately and officially declare and by its highest decision makers, that the Occupation prevents it from undertaking its duties and obligations in Occupied Iraq, thus it will excuse itself from the moral and ethical responsibility beginning the date of the signed declaration, for it will continue to bear moral, ethical, and human responsibility for what the Iraqi detainees and prisoners have endured before that date.
