On the basis of Resistance and Liberation and holding firm to the principles and the field activation of the Armed Resistance non-negotiable choice, we establish the national legitimate right to any political propositions going hand in hand with the Armed Iraqi Resistance action. This legitimate right doesn't allow or doesn't permit those who make such proposals to represent the Armed Resistance or to speak in its name. In the course of the ongoing liberation battle "until defeating the Occupation and liberating Iraq and safeguarding it unified and a homeland for all Iraqis" The field confrontation battle will stay between the Armed Resistance and its masses from one side and the Occupation, its means, creations under whatever political, economical, security, executive and legislation forms, names and titles etc. from the other. On this basis it is important for us in a way to confront what has been said or what is being said from parties known or unknown, national movements or have some links with the national movements, sincere, or pretending to be so, internal or electing residence outside Iraq. We must assert the following:
1 - The Iraqi Armed Resistance confronting the military US occupation and its international allies and its abased stooges, traitors of Iraq, is ongoing until the complete liberation of the historic soil of the homeland.
2 - there is no room for political mediators, and representatives, internal or external, which speak, meet, or negotiate with the occupier or somebody else, in the name of the Baath and the Resistance and liberation leadership.
3 - The Baath and the Resistance and Liberation conditions to negotiate based on the immediate and full withdrawal of the US occupation and its international allies, are known and publicized.
4 - There will be no given role or neither mediation or initiative which will allow an Arab regime, the Arab League, or the Untied Nations Organization, when it comes to treating with the occupation and its productions or the UN resolutions signed before aggressing and occupying Iraq and removing its national leadership.
5 - There will be no time setting for the US military withdrawal; rather an immediate full withdrawal from the directions and on the roads defined by the former Baath statements and a short time period to achieve the complete withdrawal of the occupation and its administrations, which take into account the huge logistic, and technical capacities of the US army, and their fast movement, and the transport, communications and control tools they possess, which will command the short time period to complete the full immediate withdrawal.
6 - there will be no time setting for the occupation withdrawal linked to any thing else than what has been asserted in the paragraph 5 above. The security tools, and means have been destroyed by the occupation, and it has no right to link its withdrawal with the rehabilitation and the rebuilding of these tools, means or ways which were and will always be " as the occupation productions" targeted by the legitimate Resistance, which have been treated and will be dealt in the battle field according to the legitimate intermediate targeting to liberate Iraq, i.e. to destroy the puppet authority its institutions, administrations, means and individuals.
7 - There will be no acceptance or dealing with whatever proposals made by Arab regimes, which, claim to care or were given a pre planned role to play "to return security in Iraq"; these regimes being integrated with the security and political US occupation plans and projects. This concerns mainly the repeated proposals and declarations of the Egypt, Saudi and Jordan regimes.
8 - the present and ongoing and growing state of crises in the region, is a result and a consequence and a creation of the US occupation of Iraq. This cost which should be paid by the regional political formations, when they made a mistake, plotted, closed their eyes or waited for the Occupation aggression results. The planned military resistance against the occupation as set, led and started by the Baath, was a national and patriotic Arab response, which has gone beyond the expectations and objectives of both the US, Arab and regional regimes to remove the Baath and the national political leadership of Iraq. The Resistance objective is the complete liberation of the soil of Iraq. It will go on until achieving this objective. This is the price the political regional formations are paying and will have to pay in the future, and while the US occupation of Iraq is collapsing.
9 - The Baath and the Armed Resistance don't consider the ongoing and growing state of crises in the region as a negative indicator which can affect the Resistance and the course of Iraq liberation Battle, for the growing crises in the region and within its political formations, is an expected and accounted for and understood result due to the Occupation estimation mistakes and the regional regimes' perfidy, plotting, and wait and see position from one hand and the seriousness of the Baathist pre planned resistant action from the other.
When a given party of fraction leaks, claims, encourages or advertises for an ongoing or a will be negotiation between the occupation and the Resistance, and targets to contain anybody in the present already failed political operation in occupied Iraq, it lacks either political discernment or Iraqi patriotism, not because patriotism lacks in amongst traitors and abased but rather they don't have it altogether. In any case this fraction or party lacks the political discernment.
To lack political or to be unable to understand and to comprehend in amongst politicians, individuals, meeting clubs, and parties because they are away from the confrontation arena and for not understanding the Resistance political and strategic program and its final and intermediate objectives, doesn't absolve them from the patriotic and national sin they commit if they continue to leak rumors, to encourage, to advertise, to gather, or to act outside the action of the Resistance and liberation.
