When the US State Department orders Amr Musa to visit occupied Iraq
The timing imposed by the Occupation agenda and its failing arrangement in Occupied-Resisting Iraq are the ones which defined and ordered the visit of the Arab league secretary general -" the high ranking Arab employee" to Occupied Iraq. This visit which ordered and imposed by a US to namely the Saudi regime, comes in concordance with the permitted foreign affairs meetings in Jeddah held at the end of the last September... and following Saudi foreign affairs authorized declarations in New York and Washington.
The Baath has already mentioned through its analysis, expected, and predicted in its statement dated 4/10/2005 that "this timing of the Arab regimes involved into the Occupation plans." is with what to come, encouraging the collaboration at the Arab league level with the Occupation political or may be security plans in occupied Iraq.
Today the twentieth of October, five days after the artificially set referendum and the US desperate attempts to make it pass, and a day after the setting of the masquerade trial of the legitimate Iraqi leadership, this "the high ranking Arab employee" Mr. Amr Musa visits Occupied Iraq and after US foreign department secretary exposure to concerned Congress Committee in Washington of the new political and security strategy in Iraq. All these elements reflect the truth asserted and predicted by the Baath in connection with the entering of the US occupation in its collapse phase in Resisting Iraq. During her declarations, the US secretary of state insisted on two important issues, which explain and indicate the Arab League required actions and mainly the regional Arab system to integrate the Occupation plans.
First: to set and put into practice a US military and civil mixed approach in Occupied Iraq, as on how to deal with the Armed Iraqi resistance, and the political, managerial, economical and daily failures and impasses provoked by the Occupation.
Second: Considering the petrol high prices, the Gulf countries and Saudi, "which benefited from that" will have to share the covering of the extremely high financial costs of the Occupation in Iraq. What we can understand from the timing of the visit of this " high ranking Arab employee" to occupied Iraq, and from the New occupation strategy elements in Iraq, confirm what the Baath said earlier that "integrating the US Occupation impasses in Iraq and due to the Armed Iraqi Resistance outstanding strategic vision and its successful combat action on the field, will no doubt force the US to reflect parties of its very heavy burden in Occupied Iraq, to the regional Arab system."
The Baath warns that the US Occupation military and civil dual mixed approach is based on the involvement of Arab official military and security elements employed by the security and military Occupation formations acting in Occupied Iraq.
The Baath also expects a big Saudi role based on sharing the financial burden of the Occupation costs, to finance Sunni political entities to achieve " a growing sectarianism” which we did warn about earlier, and use as a party to confront Iranian backed sectarian groups.
When the US start to implement and put into practice its known new strategy in Occupied Iraq, it is necessary to prepare the necessary conditions involving the Arab regional system represented by its league and whose action plans are carried by the "high ranking Arab employee".
The Baath also asks, is this "high ranking Arab employee" is able or willing to do the job? The answer is in the "high ranking Arab employee" character, in holding to his post and in his function background.
1 - The high-ranking Arab employee is a third class pupil belonging to the political Sadat regime school.
2 - The high ranking Arab employee obeyed in the past the orders of the former state department secretary Madeleine Albright when she ordered Egypt regime to move him from the post of Egypt Republic foreign affairs to the Arab League Secretary General.
3 - The high ranking Arab employee now obeys the orders of the US state department Secretary Miss Rice, to visit Occupied Iraq, to carry her action plan and to implement her new strategic elements in Occupied Iraq.
But on the other hand, secretary of state department and "high ranking Arab employee" should understand the following:
1 - The armed Iraqi resistance when it drew the occupation into a growing and fastening impasse, knew pretty well that it was leading the whole regional Arab system and its components to crises.
2 - that the Resistance as asserted in its Strategic Program didn't care about plunging the regional into crises on the expense of the armed resistance until the liberation.
3 - that the Resistance, through its outstanding strategic vision, which surpasses that of the occupation strategy, has forced it into the collapse phase. In this very phase the resistance is well aware of that the Occupation is trying even harder to profoundly and widely involve the Arab regimes into its political and security plans in Occupied-Resisting Iraq.
4 - That the Resistance through its strategic and middle term targeting knows that the puppet authority will collapse and its role exhausted before the Occupation defeat. This no doubt will require a modification in its puppet individuals, symbols, and components, and this will fulfill in different phases, the wishes of Arab regimes collaborating with the Occupation on the expense of other regional regimes.
5 - That the Resistance is also aware of what could happens after the modifications of the exhausted authority, which will put some Arab regimes in a political confrontation with the Iranian regime, serving the US policies to set a regional pressures added to the European one, concerning the Iranian nuclear dossier.
6 - The Resistance knows as well that such a confrontation and its consequences, will end by Iranian regime prevailing, because of the weakness and the cowardice of the Arab regimes whose function always was and still is: petrol janitors, and whose “Islam” was always used to back US Arab and regional policies.
The Armed Iraqi Resistance makes it clear to everybody that it doesn't recognize the political process in Iraq and its components or its referendum projects and whatever, in Occupied Iraq. Thus the "high ranking Arab employee" and the State department secretary as well should understand and be sure that through the resisting gun and nothing else we will confront the Occupation, its authority and the Collaborating Arab regional regimes.
