The under occupation various governments, are held responsible for the shed of Iraqi blood, and punishment will be their lot.
"The puppet Governing Council with its members, their deputies, their representatives, the then acting, their deputies, their aides, their advisers, and the masquerade presidential committee, so is the transitional government, headed by the debased Allawi, his ministers, their deputies, their aides, their advisors, and their likes of the actual government of the debased Jaafari, and the officers of the puppet authority army and security hoards, bear responsibility and the weight of the shed Iraqi blood, and the suffering of the cities, villages, and towns, though destruction, deportation, detainment, and torture of their inhabitants. The Iraqi Armed Resistance, which represents the Iraqi people promises to undertake their punishment. The targeting of the puppet authority through its structures, institutions, its first and second in charge individuals, represented by the puppet militias parties, are considered as a national, legitimate and an absolute commitment in the combat of the Baath and the Iraqi Armed Resistance, to liberate Iraq."

What it has been signaled and precisely mentioned above, is a militant and Jihadi activated directive to the Resisting and Mujahidin Comrades, all over the soil of Iraq. When the debased Allawi decides in compliance with the Occupation orders, to violate and destroy Fallujah, Najaf, Kut, Samaraa and other cities, towns and villages of Resisting Iraq, and when Jaafari and his concerned ministers do the same thing in compliance with the degraded occupation orders to violate, and destroy Tallafar, Haditha, Heet, al Qaem, Ramadi, Baaquba, Mosul, Tikrit, al Madaen and others, and when the use of phosphorous burning weapons is confirmed, according to the orders given by debased Allawi and Jaafari, these new crimes must be borne also by the Arab League and its secretary general towards Iraq, its people and its victims, when this league deals and recognizes the Occupation appointed authority to kill Iraqis, to destroy Iraq, to loot its riches, to wipe out its Arab identity, and to harm its unity, and cooperate with the occupation and the stooges in an attempt to excuse the puppet authority and its individuals from the responsibility of the Iraqi blood shed , as they did before with the US occupation.

The Occupation and its stooges’ massacres, continue unabated, and the Occupation stooges compete to carry on these massacres... The US occupation when getting rid of the puppet authority and its traitor individuals, replacing them by other waiting on the list, to fit the collapsing US occupation agenda in Resisting Iraq, they bet on a narrow and limited time factor in their confrontation while the Baath and the Resistance are based on an open-ended, long and certainly victorious battle with the occupation and its stooges to liberate Iraq. Here the occupation is replaced by an Arab initiative based on sectarianism, competing political opportunists in a failed meeting in Cairo, ordered by the US and organized by the Arab league and its secretary general.
The US has authorized and ordered the Arab League and its secretary general to organize this meeting " after the imposed Constitution and the parliamentary incoming masquerade" in order to achieve their plans and encourage sectarian divisions and fortify the same political sharing out, but under different puppet names based on the Sectarian and divisive Constitution. The US Occupation while entering its military, security and ethical collapse in Resisting Iraq, to get some temporary "political" successes, they need cooperation from puppets and Arab regimes in Occupied Iraq. Yes indeed this is the only and unique occupation chance, on how to deal with the Baath and the Iraqi Armed Resistance. Here we would like to assert and explain what we have already said in our former statement of the 13th of this month:
1 - The US occupation as a military, security, and management presence in Resting Iraq, reflects now and directly the impasse of the US administration and its president, because he keeps on panting after temporary and limited achievements in amongst the stooges, encouraging sectarianism and incite political sharing out, based on the imposed and divisive constitution, to allow the US "negotiate" a US military presence agreement on the soil of Iraq "with the future puppet authority" and giving it the pretexts to do so, before the US Congress renewal election campaign.
2 - The US occupation will use the political involvement of the religious Marjayiah in Najaf, to affect the course of the incoming parliamentary elections in occupied Iraq, through imposing political neutrality and silencing its fatwas, burning its political tools in the sectarian parties, pushing towards its "secular puppet voice in the sectarian camp" and use it on the regional level, in among other things, to cool relations with Iran.
3 - The US occupation will facilitate the "sectarian opposite voices" through divulging and exposing the sectarian parties involvement and cooperation with the Occupation. This role will be strongly allotted to the "puppet Islamic party" to activate its plan (the occupation's) to divide Iraq.
But beside all this, the US occupation will have to deal with its collapsing strategy, its operational dispersion, its security failures, its ethical rout, its high losses materially and humanly, and the failure of its global imperialistic project, while confronting and losing the battle with the Baath and the Iraqi Armed resistance, and this is another added sign of US administration political, ethical and moral failure and of its President in Washington, intensified by the Baath and Iraqi Armed Resistance daily growing and ongoing Iraq liberation combat.

The Baath has indicated and rightly warned and more than once from an occupation plan backed by some Arab regimes and in particular, " the regime of Abdel Aziz dynasty" to create and activate sectarianism in Resisting Iraq, through politically trapping those whom they called "the marginalized from the political process". In fact through this treachery they are widening the puppet base and diversifying it fully knowing they are not able to affect the ideological positions of the Baath and the national Iraqi Armed resistance, founded on Resistance and liberation and rooted on the non negotiable Resistance choice until the liberation of all Iraq. The Baath has kept and held to its patriot principles, to its armed resistance against the occupation and against their stooges. This what the militant leadership has planned since the immediate start of the Armed resistance according to the directives of the Secretary General, the President of Iraq, the Leader Mujahid Saddam Hussein, and the Party various statements and the directives of the Iraqi Armed Resistance field commander, the comrade Mujahid, Iraq Deputy Secretary General.
In this attempt as in the last failed ones, they imagine wrongly to be able to isolate the Patriotic Iraqi Resistance from its wide and supporting base, as they failed in 'uprooting the Baath" and "disbanding the heroic army" for the Baath and the Army were, are and will always stay the Iraqi Armed Resistance pillar, its heart, and its spinal column until the defeat of the occupation and the liberation of Iraq.
The occupation attempts to widen and diversify the stooges base on sectarian grounds, to reveal, and expose the implication of the sectarian party and their filthy militias in the Occupation plans to kill, loot, and destroy Iraqis and call in the Official Arab system to come to the rescue of the Occupation political and security plans, and getting rid of some puppet religious parties and individuals, and replace them by a new brand, all this will not affect the Baath and the Iraqi Armed Resistance targeting of this US occupation. It will not affect also the legitimate punishment of the traitors, degraded and mentioned stooges above.
