A statement concerning the so called Iraqi reconciliation meeting to be held in Cairo

Peace be upon you all, and the Lord's blessings and grace!
The confrontation and combat with the enemies of God, the enemy of our religion, our homeland and our nation be US, Zionists and their allies in the region, is going on and growing in every various sorts and phases since September 4th 1980 and until this day.
Consider, militants, the plan to strike Iraq, its national leadership and to wipe out its Arab identity, distort its Arab and Islamic belonging, this plan has coherent rings and is linked to every event from the mentioned date above.
The hated Iranian aggression started against our homeland to execute the imperialistic, sectarian and Zionist project. In that time we warned about this and we gave unshakable certitude about the US-Iranian-Zionist alliance in its time... The following events confirmed the accuracy and the correctness of our assertions and documents through the destructive and plotting role played by Iran to facilitate the occupation of Iraq, to destroy its civilization, threaten its Arab identity, and try to wipe out its National belonging, loot its riches, thus cooperating hand in hands with the US, the Zionists and their stooges from the sectarian and racist puppet parties fabricated in the US and in the Zionist entity.
The Battle endured by the Mujahidins of your great Baath Arab Socialist Party, with the alliance, the cooperation, harmony, love, devotion and utter coordination with the other Iraqi patriot, and Resistance Mujahidins fractions and movements, in their various patriot, National and Islamic tendencies, is the Battle of the total liberation of Iraq, the battle of the nation, the battle for freedom, the battle for independence and progress, renaissance, a battle of redemption of humanity from the evil of a tyrannical, criminal, arrogant and an aggressive tyrant. This is our battle, where the Mujahidins showed, with the blessing of the almighty Lord of the throne, that they are the loyal sons and daughters of Iraq. Their blows and their attacks against the aggressor enemies have the most profound affect on the invaders inflicting the occupation forces great losses and harming badly its soldiers, armies, mercenaries and stooges, materially, morally, and psychologically.
Inspite of the Occupiers use of the latest scientific and technological inventions, and the murderous and internationally prohibited weapons used against the Resistors Heroes and the sons and daughters of our people, and the collective mass murders executed with the blessing of the stooges, and war criminals, in amongst the so called the president of the transitional government, against the Mujahidin Resisting towns, because they reject the occupation and they hold on their honor, they don't let go of their dignity and the pride of the homeland, inspite of all this, these Mujahidins men and women possess war means, tools, possibilities and plans, a unified leadership, the clarity of the objective, the precise execution, the ability to maneuver, and freedom of movement in amongst a great Mujahid people, which is an unwavering rampart, a clean environment, a strategic depth for the Mujahidins, that the daily growing strength, with the grace of the Lord, for the Resistance structure, surpasses largely what goes out, or what steps aside in a way that the enemies, and their stooges can't even figure out.
The Heroic Resistance has been growing unabated and has achieved outstanding military, political and media successes in the battle field, which attracted the sympathy of our dignified People and our glorious Arab nation and Muslims and honorable humans all over the world. The US has come to realize and their stooges too in the government of spies, the depth of their killer impasse in Iraq. They became certain of the failure of their plan to establish what is called the "great middle east" set to tear apart the Civilization and National Arab identity of the Arab Nation, dismember its countries and steal its future.
Thus, their sick imagination went inventing and fabricating projects, and uttering declarations here and there in the sort of there are negotiations with the Iraqi Armed Resistance, or there is a negotiations round with the Baath Arab Socialist Party, or with some of its representatives or through mediators, in order to contain the heroic resistance of the great People of Iraq and to harm its absolute resolve to defeat the occupation and to expel the last occupier soldier from our immaculate homeland. This is also an attempt to abort the Party and the Resistance struggle and the growing and expanding Jihad process on the Iraqi scene... Following the failure of all their desperate attempts to hurt the honorable Resistance, to liquidate it or to reduce the efficiency of its great Jihadi exploits... they started arranging a meeting in Cairo of what they called the "national accord" or the national reconciliation, to be held on the 19th of this month, asking the secretary general of the Arab league to launch an 'Arab' initiative! But all the information gathered by the Party and its militants indicate that this meeting was a full US wish when it ordered their stooges in the region and in the area starting with a Saudi foreign affairs minister declaration in Washington, setting the suspicious arrangements of the meeting which the criminal Occupiers and their stooges in the area and in the region would like to use to extract the invaders armies in the Land of the Two Rivers from a certain defeat, God willing, and whose signs are evident, thanks to the blows of the Heroes Resistors, the courageous soldiers of the Truth.
They exploit this league and its secretary general. This League which in the past has never been able to achieve the minimum of the common Arab action, from the day it saw the light and up this very moment. Rather the League has played a role into destroying, striking, and occupying Iraq through resolutions on the summit or Foreign ministers levels due to the treason, the plotting and the servility of some Arab ruler members. Based on what has been said above, the Iraq Party leadership and in accordance with the Heroic Armed Iraqi Resistance patriotic, and Islamic factions which reject the Occupation, and in the name of all the sons and daughters of the Great People of Iraq... (( we absolutely reject this suspicious meeting, and whatever resolutions it produces, to serve the Zionist, US, sectarian, and racist project in Iraq and in the region. The Party declares also its no participation in this meeting, that it didn't send any delegation to attend it and that Baathists who attend this meeting will only represent themselves and bear personally the moral, ideological and patriotic responsibility of the consequences of their participation, and that they don't represent the Party and its stand which rejects any political activity under the occupation or with its stooges and spies.
The Party declares too that there will absolutely no reconciliation and no meeting whatsoever with the stooges, the spies and the traitors in amongst the sectarian, the racist and the stooges parties which were fabricated into the laboratories of evil, vice and treason incarnated by the US, Zionist and Iranian intelligence.. Those who sold honor, homeland, and sacrosanct values and undertook the crime of the utter treason against the people and the homeland... their fate will be hell and curse for ever and ever. Our people will teach them the lesson they deserve... soon! God willing!
We ascertain also that the Baath and the Resistance and liberation leadership refuse the participation in such miserable and useless meetings the US want to organize under the pretexts of caring about Iraq future, elections, security, and borders control etc... Also the leadership and the people of Iraq reject all the resolutions and decisions and arrangements set by such suspicious meetings.))
Indeed, for the shining future of Iraq is determined by the decisive victory of the men and women of the Heroic Iraqi Armed Resistance, the sole and unique legitimate representative of the Iraqi people, and by the defiance and the backing of our people Mujahidins masses.
That democracy can't be established under the US occupation, systematic mass murders of the Mujahidins men and women of our people, the criminal US using war jets, tanks, artilleries, to fulfill the stooges and spies wishes.
The leadership of Jihad in Iraq, represented by its Combatant, patriotic, national and Islamic factions, and in particular the courageous men and women of the Baath, be the militaries, the civilians, the Republican Guards, Saddam Fidayyins, and the enduring men of the hard missions, the men of the Glorious Qaddissya and the Eternal Mother of All Battles, declare their total refusal to any kind of negotiations and meetings, and consider it as an other US desperate attempt, which this Zionist administration would have never run to, had it not been under the weight of the Heroic Resistance and its intrepid Mujahidins bone breaking blows.
The Jihad and liberation Command therefore, asserts its unshakable and principles position concerning the suspicious negotiations and affirms that the one who wants to negotiate, must accept our patriotic, national and Islamic rights and our Jihadi conditions which are not subject to time wasting, compromise or transaction on the detriment of the homeland, the principals, the sacrosanct values and the riches.. These conditions are:
1 - The unconditional withdrawal of the US forces and their allies from Iraq.
2 - The retune of the legitimacy to all which existed in Iraq before the hated occupation; and the canceling of the decisions made by the Occupation and its puppet government.
3 - The liberation of all the detainees and prisoners in the Criminal US enemy jails and in particular his Excellency the President of Iraq, the leadership and the ministers.
4 - The trial of the stooges, the spies, and the traitors of the puppet parties’ stooges and the degraded traitors of the Homeland.
The Baath and Liberation Leadership promise in front of God, the people and the Nation and according to the Jihad and Battle agenda against the occupier, that they are allied to establish a national, pluralistic, and democratic government based on Human rights respect and freedoms, which will guarantee the unity of Iraq, its independence, the safeguard of its riches, and the formation of an honorable patriotic government from the movements and the Mujahidins and battling factions against the Occupation, its stooges, its puppets and its spies.
5 - The US commitment and its allies through a United Nations Security Council resolution guaranteed by a group of neutral countries to establish a fund to reconstructing Iraq under the supervision, and the management of its patriotic and legitimate government and, compensate all Iraqis materially and morally for what they endured following the ongoing aggression, the unjust blockade, the hated occupation and since 1990 and up to this day.
6 - The US recognition and its allies of the crime of occupying Iraq, its invasion and to bear all inherent responsibilities.
Yes, Mujahidins, we declare that the one who wants to negotiate with the Baath, the Resistance and Liberation Leadership- the sole and unique legitimate representative of the people of Iraq- about the future of Iraq and the nation, will have to unconditionally accept our sacrosanct rights, these values which represent the Homeland highest interests and which are never to be ignored or to neglect any of them, and for which the dignified Iraqis fought for years with patience, sacrifice and steadfastness.
We warned you, the warned therefore has no excuse, for the criminals will be caught sooner or later.
