Declaration by the Arab Nationalist List

A Salute to Smashing Arab "Borders" by Force.

To the masses of our Arab nation throughout the homeland.

To the patriotic, Arab nationalist, and Islamic forces battling the Zionist-American project to break up this nation.

A salute to the people of Ghazza, and to the resistance in Ghazza!  A salute to those who have taught the entire nation how steps for unification are taken and how to break through the red lines imposed by the regimes or the Zio-Americans!!

A salute to the Egyptian masses who have embraced Ghazza and played a role no less important in opening the border with it; who have affirmed that Arab popular pressure can produce practical and beneficial political results without concessions of principle!

We in the Arab Nationalist List would like to reaffirm our support for the actions of the Egyptian and Palestinian masses and the forces of the Palestinian resistance to break the blockade of Ghazza by force, a step we called for in our statement on the Rafah Crossing on 23 July 2007.

It should be emphasized that the blockade imposed on our people in the Ghazza Strip is an international political decree in which official Arab regimes are prominent for their complicity.  Its aim was to wall off the will to stand up and resist that has brought defeat to the Zionist project, forcing upon it a crushing retreat from the overwhelming city of Ghazza.

In this connection we also stress that the Oslo-Ramallah Authority has been complicit, indeed has been a full partner in maintaining this blockade, particularly since the latest visit of George Bush to our country which gave the green light to the Zionist

enemy and its local stooges to tighten their strangle hold on the resistance option and step up the pursuit of heroic resistance fighters.  The Oslo Authority President did not hesitate to reveal his intention of serving his foreign and local masters as he did when

he declared to al-Jazeera satellite television "we will continue to condemn the hurtful rockets and those who fire them" – a reference to the rockets whose precision and danger were recognized by the Zionist entity, which acknowledged that they upset the balance of terror and carried the battle to inside the Zionist settlements and colonies.

This is what constitutes the essence of the crisis – the struggle between two opposed lines that do not intersect and cannot coexist on one spot: the line of standing up and resisting in order to achieve the liberation of our land from the invader, and the line

followed by the official regimes of cutting deals and bargaining over our rights and our future generations on the pretext of "political realism" giving themselves a tighter chronic hold on power and decision making.

The masses of Ghazza demand continued Arab mass action to break the blockade and its causes and to try and punish those who have brought it on as war criminals.

The unique initiative taken by the women of Ghazza who broke the Rafah pass to Egypt by force, destroying the wall artificially installed there must serve as a compass for all of us, indicating that our people are holding fast to the option of continuing to resist and fight for liberation.

The women of the powerful city of Ghazza call on our nation to create the appropriate means to carry on the struggle in support and reinforcement of the resistance, and not confine our efforts solely to humanitarian support, vitally important though that is, they demand that we move openly even if that should lead to clashes with the forces of the repressive agencies of the Arab regimes so as to maintain contact with those blockaded there.  Our masses know instinctively that the effort to break the blockade means of necessity confrontation with the line of the sell-out, surrendering regimes.  Our struggle has a national liberation character before its role as a simple, humanitarian effort to survive, and the task of protracting that struggle is an Arab and Islamic task in the first place.

The time has come for the Arab liberation forces to declare Ghazza liberated Arab territory and to mobilize all the forces to adhere to the line of resistance, defiance, and liberation.  They must devise practical ways to reinforce this option which must play a decisive role if the sell-out forces are not to continue wasting our common energies while they go on with their useless negotiations.  All that the masses of the nation expect is that the resistance option will continue and grow stronger in the inflamed Arab regions from Iraq, to Lebanon, and Palestine.

But this also demands Arab popular efforts to embrace that resistance struggle and to support it with all ways and means, spreading its experience throughout the whole Arab region, as our Arab people in Egypt have done by spreading the grass-roots organization that formed there to take part in the effort to bring means of support to the blockaded masses.  The task of these organizations is to continue acting to cut the warm relations that exist between the Arab regimes and the colonial Zionist entity, to expel its representatives and supporters from Arab lands.

Long live Palestine, free and Arab from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea!

Long live the Arab struggle for unity and liberation!

Glory to the nation and to our eternal martyrs!
