A follow up and a necessary comment:
The announcement of the Liberation and the Independence Program.*

When Al Jazeera satellite channel broadcasts an interview with an authorized spokesman of the Baath exposing in summary the Baath and its National Resistance' Liberation and Independence Program, first, this is a transformation in the conduct of al Jazeera itself, which was the only satellite TV channel ever, obeying strictly to the US orders to drop and to ignore the Baath and its political statements from the first day of the Occupation and later on. When the writer of this article says so, he means what he says for al Jazeera has ignored, obeying orders of its Direction, every thing the Baath issued from the first political statement dated June the 10th 2003 and until this moment. Neglecting and letting aside any indication or comment in the Aljazeera various political programs including the announcement of the Iraqi Armed Resistance Political and Strategic Program (al Minhaj) on 9th September 2003. Yes! Indeed! Aljazeera held and for a long a political line to not mention the role of the Baath in the Armed Iraqi Resistance, or anything to do with the Baath such as political statements or else inspite of publishing great numbers of these statements rich with analysis, comments, points of view and warnings..
What the writer of this follow up would is concerned about, is not to talk about Al Jazeera channel new political line! He rather wants to expose an objective evaluation for what the Armed Resistance has achieved in Iraq, and for what the Baath has prepared, managed, and developed concerning the ideological, and the political confrontation from one hand and the military Resistance, from the other, through defeating and inflicting the US' Occupational project in Iraq the historical rout. For the confrontational praxis promised, put into effect and executed by the Baath has become, admitted by all either forcibly or willingly, a fact in Resisting Iraq, while the political process it is being exhausted and thrown away.
Tens of political and tactical statements with strategic point of view, have been issued by the Resisting Baath during the last three and a half years, indicating, analyzing and examining what has become of the US' Occupation project in Resisting Iraq. These statements and analysis didn't come from the void; rather they were based on the Resisting Baath plan of action and its strategic vision in the historical combat with the US imperialism. We remember how these trustworthy statements announced the good tidings concerning the Resisting Baath upper hand to contain and manage the facts and the requirements of the current and on going confrontation with its enemies until the total liberation of all Iraq soil.
The Baath and its National Resistance were based on a clear political and strategic Plan of action (Minhaj), highly aware and comprehending the fatal change of the confrontation means, when the US forces will launch attacks from Iraq Arab neighboring countries and because of the technological and fire preponderance of these forces, to occupy a part or whole of Iraq.
The US occupation took place, and the Baath Leadership has started the planned Resistance. This is the truth which has given the calculated results... The Minhaj was set and established to continue the confrontation and to make it open ended on a period of time required by the liberation and based on the Resistance... Here the Baath has stripped the US from any mean to command the time factors in the confrontation.
This was a sound revolutionary analysis, a wise operational choice, a drastic Jihadi resolve and a superior strategic vision... Based on the Resisting Baath planned owned time and accepting the open ended, ongoing and intensified confrontation, the Baath has turned every Occupation achievement or gain into a temporary tactical ones with no viability whatsoever in the process of the open ended confrontation starting from the Comrade Leader Saddam Hussein the Glorious detention, all through the failed political process and until this very moment.
For all who have stood in the enemy and in the confrontation ranks, for those with no precise vision line to understand and follow up the Baath and its National Resistance Jihadi conduct, for those who looked the other way or jumped over the truth that the Baath has indeed a Resisting and Strategic Political Plan of Action, and who woke up today to see that Baath and its national Resistance have a Political Program for Liberation and Independence. For all these in the enemy ranks, and before them for those in the Resisting and supporting ranks... for the dignified Iraqi people and the sons and daughters of the Arab nation the writer addresses and ascertains the following truths:
1 - The Baath has always been and still is a revolutionary and a militant Party holding on to the homeland and the Nation principles. Its experience and its Renaissance Project in Iraq have become one phase of the historical open ended and ongoing confrontation with the US imperialism. The Baath was aware that this confrontation was not decisive yet and that it had many other phases which could closer or more distant to the decisive point.
2 - The Baath through its Leadership and the Revolution Command in Iraq had politics according to the Homeland and the Nation principles and rights. It was a hard choice as long as they represented and held on the homeland and the nation principles... This choice has given place to every confrontation ongoing phases required by the decisive victory taking into consideration the changes of the enemy face in this confrontation... and the Iraqi historical and geographical factors... where the Baath leads the march.
3 - The Baath and the Revolution Command in Iraq have designed, achieved and continued its National Program according to its social, economical, and cultural and defense plans. That is why this Renaissance project was the targeted by the heinous various enemies, as the model in all its components through destruction and embargo leading after the occupation to hit and to destroy completely the foundations of the Iraqi State.
4 - The Baath in the government and in the management of the affairs of the State has designed and set an ongoing Armed Resistance against the expected Occupation. This Resistance is considered as the most shining phase of the historical open ended and ongoing confrontation which is approaching and leading to the decisive moment.
5 - The Baath and its National Resistance have sorted out through a revolutionary sense, a patriotic Iraqi Reference and a complete understanding of the regional components, in an outstanding Jihadi resolve, and in a legitimate combat agenda, has sorted out the ranks confronting each other and determined the targets and the targeted in the ongoing combat until the liberation.
No one should blame the Baath and its National Resistance for announcing their Liberation and Independence Political Program, neither in term of its contents, its addressees or its timing:
Concerning its content, the Baath has forecast and determined from the start of the third year of the Occupation, that the US occupation began to enter its compete collapse phase, after having experienced both impasse and the deepening of this impasse phases. While drawing the US occupation into its complete collapse, thanks to its superior strategic sense and its Resisting Jihadi deed, the National Iraqi Resistance is more than aware of the necessity to develop its Resisting Strategic and Political Program (Minhaj) into a Program for Liberation and Independence. The Baath and its National Resistance are based on the Resistance and the Liberation, their combat was never an open ended Jihad in the name of God, but its Resistance had a strategic objective which is to rout and expel the occupier, liberate Iraq, safeguard it and make it a homeland for all Iraqis..
The Baath and its National Resistance announcement of the Liberation and Independence Program is indeed a calculated development for the Resistance Plan of Action (Minhaj) and it will never (as some would like to think) abandon the Resistance Program for the Minhaj is in accordance with the Resistance development and achievement i.e.:
* The US occupation has entered the phase of the complete collapse, and that its Occupational project has been defeated in Iraq.
* The political process as set and wanted by the Occupation has been defeated and exhausted and has become a burden for the collapsing occupation and that the puppet authority in its various forms since the Governing Council and until this moment has not and will never be a political, a constitutional, a management, a daily life or a sovereignty alternative to the legitimate Republic of Iraq.
* The Resistance has expanded to cover all Iraq and enjoys a wide National Front.
* The ideological defeat of the US imperialism renewal vision doctrine has come true and became a fact and that the actual US Republican administration has lost any ideological cover in its historical confrontation with the Baath and its national Resistance.
The US occupational choices has shrunk and become puny in Resisting Iraq while the Armed Resistance choice has gone against all odds, intensifying and widening: This is the Baath and its National Resistance choice from the start of the Resistance.
Concerning the addressees: the Program addresses the US occupier, hands in hands with the Resisting Iraqi gun until the liberation. The Resisting Gun has wrecked the Occupation political project when it imposed the confrontation upon the Occupation as a daily fact in Resisting Iraq, and when it exhausted all the "political process" failed phases.
Also the Baath and its National Resistance have built their strategic basis to rout the Occupation and to liberate Iraq through achieving the intermediate targeting in destroying the puppet authority. Here the Baath and its National Resistance have a calculated political plan of action based on a superior strategic vision for Resistance and liberation... For it will not recognize what so ever, any Occupation created or produced constitutional, political or management ways and means.
Moreover this Program is based on binding and legitimate conditions to negotiate, to agree and to make commitments and especially as far as the Occupier is concerned, and in rapport to its complete and unconditional withdrawal from all the soil, the skies and the waters of Iraq.. and what follows in admitting the non legitimacy of the war, the collapse of its fabricated pretexts and lies and apologize to the Iraqi people first and to the world after, to compensate morally and materially the war and the Occupation and all their human and economical losses… and rehabilitate the violated sovereignty bases including redrawing the southern borders of Iraq.
As for the timing: The Baath and its National Resistance announcement of the Liberation and Independence Program, take into consideration the US popular and the World public opinion which consider that the Occupation has completely collapsed and its Occupational project in Iraq has been utterly defeated.
The Baath and its National Resistance have betted on their preponderance in the open ended initiative for liberation, in comparison with the Occupation which has a limited and narrow pressing time to execute its projects. Of course the Baath is aware that the Occupier might play some tactical games but the Baath and its national Resistance will continue the ongoing Resistance whatever time may be required to defeat the Occupation and liberate Iraq.
