الحكومة الايطالية تمنع صلاح المختار من دخول ايطاليا
رفض وزير الخارجية الايطالية جيانفرانكو فيني منح السيد صلاح المختار، رئيس منظمة الصداقة والسلم والتضامن في العراق، سمة دخول ايطاليا لحضور مؤتمر تضامني مع العراق، أعدت له قوى أوربية عديدة، وقال الوزير الايطالي إن رفض منحه سمة الدخول يعود لأسباب أمنية! وقد أجرت وكالة (أراب مونيتور) الايطالية للأنباء المقابلة التالية مع السيد المختار، ونشرت يوم أمس 28/8/2005 ونقلتها عنها العديد من الصحف الايطالية:
سيدي العزيز
بالأمس (27/8/2005) أعلن وزير خارجية ايطاليا جيانفرانكو فيني أن وزارته قد رفضت، لأسباب أمنية، منحك سمة دخول لحضور مؤتمر في ايطاليا، سيعقد يومي 1و2 أكتوبر في جيانسيانو لمناقشة الوضع في العراق. أنا أسألك ما هي الحقيقة بخصوص هذه القصة؟ ماذا كان الهدف من المؤتمر؟ من أخبرك بأنك لا تستطيع حضور المؤتمر؟ وما هو تعليقك بخصوص القرار الرسمي الايطالي؟
الجواب: جوابي بسيط جداً، أنا لا أدري لماذا رفض وزير خارجية ايطاليا منحي سمة دخول لحضور مؤتمر سياسي وسلمي، يدعم النضال المشروع للشعب العراقي ضد الاحتلال الاستعماري للعراق، بواسطة أمريكا وبريطانيا وغيرهما من الحكومات المعتدية. إنه حق مشروع لأي شعب أن يرفض أي غزو أجنبي، وهذا ما كان الغرب يدعو إليه لعدة عقود، حينما كان الاتحاد السوفيتي والشيوعية لهما نفوذ، لهذا السبب كان أملنا أن تسمح لنا الحكومة الايطالية بحضور مؤتمر تضامني. إنه لمن المؤسف القول بأن العدالة الدولية قد أصبحت لعبة سياسية، تسمح بالموت المخطط والمحسوب لآلاف العراقيين شهرياً، ببنادق الاحتلال الأمريكي، بالإضافة للسكوت على اعتقال وتعذيب آلاف النساء والأطفال وكبار السن بواسطة الجنود الأمريكيين.
العراق مهد أول حضارة إنسانية أصبح الآن خرائب وسجن كبير، يفتقر لمقومات حياة البشر، مثل الدواء والكهرباء والطعام والماء النقي والأمن الشخصي ووسائط النقل وغير ذلك. لهذا السبب فإن التضامن مع الشعب العراقي هو تعبير عن احترام الحياة الإنسانية والكرامة.
بخصوص سؤالك عمن أخبرني بقرار وزارة خارجية ايطاليا بعدم السماح لي بحضور المؤتمر، يجب أن أخبرك بأنني عرفت به من رسالتك هذه، ولكن قبل ذلك سمعت بأن حوالي 40 عضوا من الكونغرس الأمريكي قد سلموا مذكرة إلى السفير الايطالي في واشنطن، تطلب من الحكومة الايطالية منع المؤتمر، وأن تضع أسماء منظميه في القائمة المسماة (لائحة الإرهاب)! إنه مؤلم أن أقول بأن الدفاع عن الحرية والاستقلال والكرامة الإنسانية قد أصبحت إرهاباً! إنه إلغاء عملي ورسمي لحقوق الإنسان الأساسية، من قبل أولئك الذين وضعوها، واستخدموها، ضد الاتحاد السوفيتي وبعض دول العالم الثالث. والآن يمارس الغرب كل أنواع الخرق لحقوق الإنسان الأساسية، وحق تقرير المصير للشعوب الأخرى.
إن عالمنا يعود إلى الخلف، إلى العصور الوسطى، والتي لم يكن فيها قانون ولا عدالة ولا احترام لثقافة وهوية الشعوب الأخرى، فإذا أردت أن تعيش فعليك أن تستسلم لمن يملك أسلحة أقوى. أنا أعتقد أن عالمنا يتجه بسرعة نحو نهايات مأساوية، بسبب عزم الغرب على إنشاء نظام استعماري كوني جديد.
وما يحدث في العراق هو في آن واحد مثال واضح جدا لديكتاتورية الغرب، وإنذار للعالم كله يقول إذا لم نوقف الجنون الأمريكي في العراق فإن الشعوب الأخرى ستكون الضحايا التالية.

Dear Sir,
yesterday the Italian Foreign minister Gianfranco Fini declared that his Ministry refused, for security reasons, to issue a visa for you to attend a conference in Italy at 1st and 2d October in Chianciano Terme discussing the Iraqi situation. I'm asking you what is true regarding this story? What was the aim of the conference? Who told you that you cannot attend it? And what's your comment regarding the official Italian decision?
My Answer is very simple, I don’t know why the foreign minister of Italy has refused to grant me visa to attend a political, and peaceful conference, supporting the legitimate struggle of Iraqi people against the colonial occupation to Iraq, by the United States, Britain and other aggressive governments. It is a legitimate right For any nation, to reject any foreign occupation, this is what the west was preaching for decades, when Soviet Union and communists where influential, that is why we hoped that the government of Italy will permit us to attend the solidarity conference. It is unfortunate To say that the world justice has become political game, allowing the planned and calculated death of thousands of Iraqis in every month, by the guns of the American occupation, beside arresting and torturing thousands of Iraqi women, children and elderly people, by American soldiers. Iraq, the cradle of civilization has become now ruins And a big jail, without any requirement of the life of a human beings, such as medicine, electricity, food, clean water, individual security, transportation and so on, that’s why the solidarity with the Iraqi people is an expression of the respect of human life and dignity.
As for your question on who informed me about the decision, of the foreign ministry of Italy to not permit me to attend the conference, I have to tell you that I knew it from your message, but before that I heard that about 40 members of the American Congress have handed over to the Italian ambassador in Washington a memorandum asking Italian government to not allow the conference, and to put the names of the organizers in the so called (terrorist list)! It is Painful to say that defending freedom independence, and dignity of the human beings have become terrorism! It is practical and official removal of the political and basic human rights, by those who put these rights together, and used it against Soviet union, and some third world countries. now the west is practicing all kind of violations of the basic human rights, and the self determination right of other nations.
Our world is returning back to the dark age, in which no low, no justice, no respect to other people culture and identity, if you want to live you have to give up to those who have more powerful guns. I do believe That our world is heading rapidly toward catastrophic eventualities, because of the west determination to establish a new global colonialim. What is going on in Iraq is both a very clear example of the western dictatorship, and a warning to the whole world that if we do not stop the American madness in Iraq the other nations will be the next victims.
