A call from the Mujahideen Shura Council
To all the Resistance commands, groups, sections and members in Iraq:
On the 16 of Ramadan 1425, 30 October 2004, the Mujahideen Shura Council organized a meeting in Fallujah and decided to appeal to all of you to heighten to maximum the degree of getting ready for combat, in the event of an invasion by the coalition forces or their supporters - the puppet Iraqi elements.
The Council requests you to start striking and destroying all the vital military targets in all Iraq, including ministry, administration offices, and places where agents and elements of the so called the national guards and the police are found, according to the fatwa issued by The Muslim Ullemah Council declaring an outmost sacred Jihad and civil rebellion in retaliation for any coalition forces and puppet government attack on Fallujah.
The Mujahideen Shura Council urge and demands all the citizens to avoid public places and areas where occupying forces and elements of the traitor guards and police are found and requests all Iraqi citizens not to enter any ministry buildings and official offices considered as vital targets for Resistance.
